Time Turners- Hermione's Secret for More School
So, in the Prisoner of Azkaban, Hermione has a time turner. A time turner is a magical object that allows the person wearing it to travel in time. It is very dangerous though, as most "witches or wizards end up killing themselves," but Hermione doesn't really care and convinces Professor McGonagall to let her have one so she can attend more classes? If I had a time turner, I would do something way cooler with it, but eventually Harry and Hermione go back in time to save Buckbeak and Sirius, but it is mostly used for shcool work by Hermione.
So, I think that the way you use one is by turning the time turner backwards or forwards, and you go to the time the amount of turns earlier or later. It has a small hour glass on it and a few rings that turn and spin. Time Turners were destroyed in The Order of the Phoenix during a trip to the Ministry of Magic.

Cybermen- Daleks of a Parallel Universe
As you probably noticed, this post is titled "Cybermen- Daleks of a Parallel Universe". Why is it called that? Because the Cybermen always survive, just like the Daleks. We first see them in the modern series in season two, episodes 6, 7, 13 & 14, season 4, episode 15, and various other places. We always think they are dead, until they return, like the Daleks. Also, they fall through time, like the Daleks, and have to rebuild and try to start their empire anew and "DELETE!". Personally, I just hate the Cybermen. One last thing, they have to delete people. I am totally fine with that since I do not live in a world of Cybermen, but seriously, could they have said something cooler, like "EXTERMINATE", because the Daleks just sound cooler when they are going to kill everything that is not a Dalek.

The Valiant Cubed?
Most people don't really care about the title sequence on a show. Well, I kind of do. Recently, I started re-watching Merlin (COLLIN MORGAN IS AWESOME!) and I started paying more attention to the title sequence. This is the thing that comes after a bt of the episode. As I saw the little parts from different episodes, I noticed one thing thrice. They show three scenes from "Valiant" season 1 episode 2. They are with Katie McGrath, the J's (people that created the show), and at the end. This might not be so important, but then I realized that I didn't see anything from the very first episode, "The Dragon's Call". Strange? Yeah, it is. If you can come up with any explanations of the Valiant Cubed, please comment your explanation. I only have one picture of the Valiant Cubed. The Valiant Cubed is what I am now calling the three scenes from "Valiant" in the title sequence, so if you mention it to anybody, tell them that it is the Valiant Cubed.
Also, if you have any pictures of the Valiant Cubed, send them to me so I can include them in this post.

Collin Morgan on Doctor Who- "Midnight"
In this episode, which I will discuss sometime later on, we have the Doctor and other passengers traveling. One of the passengers is played by Collin Morgan. Even though this is common to see BBC actors somewhere else, it is just something that people are surprised at.
"Midnight" is season 4 episode 11 and we have the Tenth Doctor and Donna, but Donna doesn't do much in this episode except sit around at the spa and pool.

Gas Mask Child- Two Part Moffat
As every Whovian knows, Moffats are episodes that are made by Steve Moffat and tend to be darker and scarier. One Moffat is the Gas Mask Child one, and is actually a two-part Moffat, consisting of "The Empty Child" and "The Doctor Dances".
We have the 9th Doctor and Rose following a metal cylinder and end up in 1941 London, where WWII is taking place. Eventually Rose gets on a rope attached to a balloon and is then retrieved by Captain Jack Harkness. Later on, the Doctor finds a homeless girl stealing from a fat family's house and they see a child with a gas mask wanting get through the door. He keeps on asking for his mummy and says he is scared of the bombs. The girl, Nancy, says not to touch it or he would end up like the Gas Mask Child. Eventually, they go to investigate their cylinder they were chasing, which turns out to be an ambulance, and the Doctor goes to the hospital. There he meets Dr. Constantine and he explains that once anybody touched the empty child, they became like him. Shortly afterwards he turns into one as well. Soon, the Doctor, Rose, and Captain Jack Harkness have to find a way to stop the Gas Mask Children army and save the world from them.
To watch the episode, use Netflix or something. It's what I use and it works well. Do NOT try to use YouTube, it never works.
Dr. Constantine is played Richard Wilson, more commonly known to Citizens of Camelot as Gaius. Most actors from the BBC are sometimes seen on another show for an episode. Turns out, Richard Wilson is bald.
If you are wondering why the second episode is called "The Doctor Dances", it is because Rose danced with Captain Jack Harkness, and she tells that to the Doctor and he responds that he dances, and eventually he does with Rose.
Also, we see the BBC's love for fruit, as the Doctor switches Jacks's "squareness gun" (actually a sonic blaster, just called squareness gun by Rose) with a banana and talks about bananas for a little while.

What is this blog?
So, you may be wondering, what is this blog? Well, this is a blog about my British fandoms: Harry Potter, Doctor Who, and Merlin. I basically post what episode (or book) I am on, characters, interesting facts, and other stuff that has to do with the fandom. I will NOT have giveaways or stuff like that. It is just you on a blog bout some British fandoms. Also, I am American. You will get kicked out or banned (don't know how or if you can do that) if you comment anything inappropriate, excluding Merther, since some people, not me, believe in it.
First fandom I named was Harry Potter. I will blog about the chapters, books, movies, other books (such as The Tales of Beedle the Bard), and what other people are doing with the Chosen One. As of right now, I am on the last book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows, for my eighth time. By the way, I read the series in order every time, best way to read Harry's Adventures.
Nest fandom is Doctor Who. I watched all of season two and three of the modern series, skipping season one because I thought that that was what a friend told me to do and I later found out that she said that I could skip the Cassandra episode (Moisturize me!) so I am now watching the first season. I will blog about basically what I talked I would blog about with Harry Potter.
My final, and probably favorite is... "In a land of myth, at a time of magic, the destiny of a great kingdom rests on the soldiers of a young boy/man. His name, Merlin." So yeah, it's Merlin. But when you say it, you got to say it like John Hurt does in the beginning of each episode. Same stuff to blog about as Doctor Who and Harry Potter. Currently re-watching the whole series and I have seen almost every episode, except some in the fifth season.
So there you have, what this blog about. So come, all you Muggles, Whovians, and Citizens of Camelot, and find a blog of British Fandoms.
Oh, one more thing, I have a friend who is really into sci-fi (I am more of a fantasy person) and she is the one who I mentioned her earlier and she is a good friend I will somehow integrate her account into a post. I tried the +(fill with name) thing but it didn't work, so if you know, please tell me in the comments below.
